CARDLOCK MANAGER

         AZTECH’s Cardlock Manager is the answer to complete automation of cardlock sites. This powerful package captures fueling transactions from the card site, prices them, prints customer invoices and then posts to all accounting functions. Accounts Receivable, fuel tax reports, inventory and financial reports are all updated automatically . In addition, a detailed report of fueling transactions by vehicle and by driver can be printed at any time showing odometer readings with miles per gallon calculations.

              KEYLOCK MANAGER

AZTECH's Keylock Manager is a specially designed system for rapid invoicing of keylock customers. The Keylock Manager utilizes AZTECH's "single-entry" features to save time and reduce errors. From a single entry of the ending meter readings for any given billing period, the Keylock Manager automatically prints a customer invoice and then posts to the customer account balance, Inventory Control, customer sales history, Fuel Tax Reports, and financial reports.

  • Tracks beginning and ending meter readings for each keylock location. Both master and slave pump meters are tracked and a comparison of total slave to master reading is provided.
  • Shows a detailed invoice of meter reading for the period billed; price per gallon and extensions are printed. Invoice detail also includes customer billing terms.
  • A global price change provision allows for quick and easy price updates. By simply entering the amount of the price change once, all keylock account prices are updated. Price changes may be made by product grade (unleaded, regular, diesel #1, etc.) or by product type (gasoline or diesel)
